Amy May Jarvis considers being a writer from New England her entire personality. She graduated in 2021 from Susquehanna University, where she was the Editor-in-Chief at The Susquehanna Review and was the returning recipient of the Janet C. Weis Prize for Literary Excellence and the two-time winner of the Erik Kirkland Memorial Prize. When she’s not writing, reading, or having impassioned discussions about Star Wars with her family and friends, she’s by the water—either physically or spiritually. In her day job, Amy moonlights in coaxing life science and creative design to intertwine—both digitally and tucking away ideas for her own work. She’s a poet, a lover of light, and a hopeless romantic, although not necessarily in that order.
